At Tire Discounters, I worked on a wide variety of graphic design projects, from digital promotions to in-store visuals. It was a hands-on experience where I contributed to brand storytelling and helped bring creative concepts to life. Check out some of my favorite projects below!

Graphic Design Co-Op

Cincinnati, Ohio

“My time with Tire Discounters was all about bringing their iconic, not-too-serious brand voice to life, and every project was a chance to capture the personality that makes the brand stand out."

General Propaganda

Most brand-wide campaigns required some form of promotion, whether physical or digital. These designs were focused on driving sales and highlighting seasonal offers, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence throughout Tire Discounters' stores.

T-stands are a staple of Tire Discounters’ in-store promotions, rolled out simultaneously across all locations to spotlight service-focused deals. These designs were crafted to be eye-catching yet informative, ensuring customers instantly connect with the brand while staying drawn in on key offers.

Print Design

Digital promotion graphics extended Tire Discounters’ campaigns to online customers, appearing on the website to highlight service-related deals and offerings. Designed to be engaging and on-brand, these graphics ensured a seamless transition between in-store and online experiences while capturing the attention of digital audiences.

Digital Design

One of Tire Discounters' locations underwent a temporary relocation in order to tear down and rebuild the original store. As a result, creative and awareness branding were needed for both pre-move and post-move advertising, such as in-store promotions, window clings, and a billboard.

Store Relocation

Billboards

Located directly in front of the store's temporary location, this billboard's main purpose was to draw attention and awareness to the fact that Tire Discounters is still in business…just in another spot.

Multiple variations for this billboard were drafted up, including designs utilizing animals and puns to emulate the brand voice, as well as a text-message theme that is seen throughout multiple assets.

In-Store Awareness

In order to promote and educate customers about the future relocation, some in-store assets were needed. The main purpose of these projects was to ensure any customer who visited the store pre-move would be made aware of the upcoming relocation as well as become familiar with the new, temporary location. Consisting of a T-Stand and poster, variations of both assets were drafted up, utilizing consistent theme branding throughout all designs.

Window Clings

Posted on the windows of the original building once the relocation had occurred, the purpose of the window clings was to inform customers of the business's new location should they visit the old location unknowingly. Strictly utilizing the theme of texting and "Be Right Back" text lingo, these variations were created as a simple yet intriguing way to showcase information.

Mudder Trucker, Tire Discounters' up-and-coming lifestyle brand that focuses on 4x4 enthusiasts and their vehicles, needed an Amazon Storefront. The brand was in its early stages, and needed to build its credibility, passion, and spunk. The storefront—built from the ground up—required both content and organization to establish its brand character and connect with its audience.

Amazon Storefront

The home page was designed to be eye-catching and on-brand while also informing customers about the iconic products the storefront has to offer—wheels and tires. The use of a rotating video, in-page links, and brand language were utilized in doing so.

Home Page

The main purpose of the About Us page was to establish both brand identity as well as credibility. The page consists of the brand's back story and automotive industry experience alongside photos to showcase the validity of the brand and its products.

About Us Page

The heading banners for each of the product pages were designed to be cohesive yet different; they stayed on-brand while also giving each page more individualization than the banner used for the Home and About Us pages. By showcasing a key image for each product, the pages are headlined in a way that draws the audience in and ensures they stick around to browse.
